Please update your information for our files and note any change in address, phone, email, or emergency contacts. Also, please note any changes in known allergies or current medication that will need to be given at school. You do not need to answer all the questions on application, update information as needed. Please print and complete the Tuition Contract, Multi Child Discount, if applicable, Learning Contract, and Emergency Contact documents.
