Faithful Schooling, a project of Servant Publishing LLC (“Faithful Schooling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website to provide family discipleship materials and related publishing activities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website or purchase our products. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Voluntarily Provide
We collect personal information when you submit it through a contact or signup form on this website. This may include your name, email address, and any message or details you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry or to provide what you requested.
Email Subscriber Data
When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your name and email address through our email platform, Beehiiv. This information is used to send you marketing communications, curriculum updates, and other content you have requested. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Upon unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing emails; however, we retain your information in our system to honor your opt-out and to prevent accidental future contact. If you wish to have your data removed entirely, you may contact us using the information in Section 14.
Purchase and Transaction Data
When you purchase a product from Faithful Schooling, our checkout platform (ThriveCart) and payment processor (Stripe) collect the information necessary to complete and fulfill your order. This includes your name, billing address, email address, purchase history, and payment method details. We do not store full payment card numbers. Transactional emails related to your purchase are handled through ThriveCart. Transaction records are retained per the policies of ThriveCart and Stripe, as required for financial compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit this website, certain technical information is collected automatically. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and referring websites. This data is used for website performance, analytics, and advertising purposes. If you have a Facebook account, Meta may associate your activity on this site with your Facebook profile through the Meta Pixel described in Section 2.
2. Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use the following technologies to understand how visitors interact with this website and to improve our services:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first analytics for understanding site traffic and performance. Cloudflare does not use personal data for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — a tracking tool that records visitor activity on this website and reports it to Meta. We use this data to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising, to show our ads to people who have visited this site (retargeting), and to build Custom Audiences on Meta’s platforms. If you provide personal information such as an email address or phone number through a purchase or form submission on this site, that information may be hashed and transmitted to Meta to help match your on-site activity to your Facebook or Instagram account. This process, known as advanced matching, improves the accuracy of conversion attribution and may allow us to reach similar audiences through Meta’s advertising tools. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. You may manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” feature. This website does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
