Faithful Schooling offers gospel-centered, open-and-go materials for the Christian homeschool home. Our products include courses and workbooks, teaching helps, community resources, and an AI Teacher’s Assistant — available in digital and physical formats. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through ThriveCart and Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or shipping costs.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your purchase, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Order confirmations and transactional communications are sent by email through ThriveCart. Please ensure your email address is accurate at the time of purchase.

All Faithful Schooling curriculum content, including lesson text, structure, design, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of Servant Publishing LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. All rights are reserved.

Scripture quotations are taken from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), which is in the public domain and available under a Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. The BSB text itself is freely usable; all surrounding curriculum content remains proprietary.

Faithful Schooling branding, including the name, oak tree mark, and associated visual identity, may not be used without written permission.

5. License to Use Products

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Faithful Schooling products for your family’s personal and homeschool use. This license permits you to:

• Print and use digital materials within your immediate household
• Store digital files on your personal devices

This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or share files with individuals outside your household
• Use materials in a commercial setting, co-op, or any context where others pay for access
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer your copy to another person
• Modify and redistribute materials as your own

If you are interested in group licensing for a church, co-op, or ministry context, please contact us to discuss options.

6. Content Development

All Faithful Schooling content is developed through a supervised, iterative process in which AI assists with structural development, drafting, editing, and revision. The author provides continual vision, theological judgment, domain knowledge, and lived experience throughout, and makes all final decisions about both content and approach. All AI-assisted content undergoes thorough review, editing, and curation before publication. The materials accurately reflect the author’s understanding, convictions, and intended pedagogical approach. The author maintains full responsibility for all content.

7. Affiliate Relationships

Faithful Schooling may recommend third-party products and services through affiliate links appearing on this website, in email communications, and within our digital and physical products. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We may also operate an affiliate program through which others promote our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Servant Publishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
